Our advisory board will assist us in activities and projects of the Primary School and help us ensure that objectives set by the school in its mission statement are being fulfilled. The board consists of a team of eminent personalities from diverse fields. Presently, we have six people on our advisory board.
Many know Mrs. Tina Ambani as the former actress and wife of Reliance Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Anil Ambani. But few know of her social initiatives. She has been associated with Aseema, an NGO, involved in rehabilitation of street children. Her “Harmony Show” has, for years now, served as a platform to launch your talent in art. She is on the advisory committee of National Art Gallery of Modern Art and has been nominated to the governing committee of the reconstituted General Assembly of Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) in September 2003. We are happy to receive her guidance and advice in the area of “Developing in children the vision of service to the wider community and those in need”.

His innovative strategies made him a successful captain. Named as the Champion of Champions in the Benson and Hedges World Championship. Today, a recognised cricket commentator, Sports journalist, and cricketing legend. We’re proud to have Ravi Shastri assist us in developing our “Sports Curriculum”.
He, a larger-than-life and filmmaker. Started Genesis Film Productions Pvt. Ltd. One of the few to have directed international commercials. Recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to Advertising and Film Art. Founder of the first Scuba Diving School in India. Co-founder of Reef Watch Marine Conservation. Past President of IAAFA-the Academy recognizing and promoting technical excellence in advertising films. He will be our distinguished advisor on “Developing creativity in children”.
She, a Director with Genesis Film Productions. Founder, Reef Watch Marine Conservation involved in education, awareness and research of marine conservation. Governing body member of Wildlife Institute of India. She has documented slides and films on coral reefs and marine life. At Billabong High, she will share her knowledge and assist us with our “Environmental awareness and conservation program”.
He has many famed short stories to his name. His “Sodasi” won the prestigious Melbourne Short Story Prize. A recipient of Australian Federal writing grants, Keith is often approached to “interpret India” for Australian readers. He is now finishing his first novel, “A Secret Vindaloo”, soon to be released in India, Australia and New Zealand.
But that is just one side of the coin. Besides writing, he loves teaching. He has been a teacher for over 30 years. In fact, he has been contributing to curriculum programs around the world. He is also credited to having initiated the Gifted Children’s program at Billanook College, where his presently teaches. The Indo-Australian curriculum of Billabong High is his current interest. He will advise us on our “Language and literature program”.
Sonia Grinceri is the Regional Director, Western Australia Trade Office, India, with the Department of Industry and Resources, Government of Western Australia. She is a career public servant. Prior to her 14 years experience in international marketing and investment attraction, Sonia worked for 20 years in Western Australia initially as a high school teacher and a sub school head of Hamilton Senior High School. In 1983, Sonia was seconded to the Curriculum Branch of Ministry of Education where she developed the Oral Language Communication syllabus of secondary school. During this time she was the co-founder of the Western Australia Youth Theatre Company, now a launching pad for young talent. Sonia will help us strengthen our ties with Australian school and colleges.
